Starting at the top left going clockwise, the displays are:

-Right Hand Equipped Actions
--E: Slice with equipped
--R: Use equipped ability
--D: Thrust with equipped
--F: Parry with equipped
--C: Previous equippable
--V: Next equippable
-Left Hand Equipped Actions
--Q: Slice with equipped
--W: Use equipped ability
--A: Thrust with equipped
--S: Parry with equipped
--Z: Previous equippable
--X: Next equippable
-Charged Forces
--Rings
---Inner-most: Primary
---Then: Secondary
---Middle: Innate
---Then: Order
---Outer-most: Nexus
--Charge colors
---1 Charge: Blue

The Spell Menus use the first five F-keys and the Escape key for navigation.
Loads of the crud you thought would be packed into the HUD aren't in there. Everything but the crosshair can be moved around. There's going to be a section in the options where you can configure the HUD layout.
